Working directly on policy files, he has a strong track record of pre-positioning options to generate support and pitch solutions to decision makers that are ultimately adopted and implemented. Working directly with industry associations, decision makers and staff, Alex is also a consensus builder who is adept at building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Having worked in both various private and public sectors, he knows the value of taking the time to truly understand the needs of industry experts and articulate practical strategies with political nuance.

Alex brings the same dedication he has in his primary career to the one he has in uniform, where he proudly serves his community as an Administration Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces. Here, his focus is on sparking an interest in military careers for Canadian youth.
